Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  Please contact me if there is a problem with your order, once your order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.  Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order submission.  All orders are carefully packaged before they are shipped to our customers.  If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact your local postal service as Seasoned Ladies Boutique is not responsible for packages once they are in the postal system.
